I just love ironic crap! like that time the POST OFFICE (see post FILL IN THE BLANK dated somewhere between November 16th and November 20th) sent me the postcard announcing a soon to arrive evaluation survey that was so ripped up that it had to come in a little baggie, well, i just looked up the Northeast Health website and found,
